Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, with everything included and no card needed. Need more time? Book a call with the founder and get 14 more days.
Then an admin subscribes in Settings › Billing: €149 a month, €402 every 3 months or €1,428 a year, taxes included. In the 48 hours after the trial ends, subscribing takes 20% off your first period.
What does Turnout need from Stripe and Livestorm?
Read-only access. An admin connects both in Settings › Sources. Turnout never changes anything in either account. For Livestorm, Connect Livestorm to Turnout shows each step.
How does Turnout measure webinar impact?
It compares the customers who attended your webinars with those who registered and did not show up, at four customer stages. How Turnout measures webinar impact explains the matching, the stages and the method.
How often is the data refreshed?
Your data refreshes by itself once a day. You can also refresh it yourself in Settings › Refreshes.
Who in my team can see the dashboards?
Admins invite people in Settings › Workspace, as admins or viewers. Viewers see every dashboard. Admins also connect the sources, change the settings and manage billing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
An admin opens Settings › Billing and clicks Manage billing. The subscription ends at the end of the period you paid for, with no refund for the days left.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnecting Stripe or Livestorm in Settings › Sources deletes the data Turnout copied from it within 24 hours. Deleting the workspace in Settings › Workspace deletes everything within 24 hours. The privacy policy has the details.
